MBTA Police Seek Man Who Committed 'Sex Act' on Train

The suspect was last seen exiting and Orange Line train at the Forest Hills MBTA Station on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

The MBTA Police are searching for a man who they say committed a “sex act” on a southbound Orange Line train last Wednesday.

The suspect, approximately 40 years of age, was last seen exiting the Forest Hills MBTA Station on Oct. 14 around 1:25 p.m.

Police said the man was wearing a blue and white hooded sweatshirt with letter “O” on the front, green pants, a blue baseball cap, and brown shoes.

Following the incident, the suspect departed the Forest Hills Station in the direction of the upper busway area.

Those who may know the whereabouts or identity of the suspect are asked to contact the MBTA’s Criminal Investigations Unit at 617-222-1050.
