JP Shooting Death Case Moves to Superior Court
The two men will continue to be held without bail after their arraignments.

Two men are expected to be arraigned Monday in Suffolk Superior Court on first-degree murder charges.
Twenty-four-year-old Donte Henley, of South Boston, and Josiah Zachery, 18, of Hyde Park, are facing first-degree murder charges for the Feb. 11, 2015 shooting death of Kenny Lamour. Lamour was shot as he was shoveling snow in Jamaica Plain.
Zachery is additionally charged with armed assault with intent to murder and unlawful possession of a firearm for allegedly firing at a police officer while fleeing the scene.

The Suffolk County Grand Jury returned indictments against the two defendants on April 2.
The men will continue to be held without bail after their Superior Court arraignments.
