Lexington Education Foundation's 15th Annual Trivia Bee

Now in its 15th year, the Lexington Education Foundation's (LEF) Trivia Bee will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at Cary Hall.

Admission is free and there's no school the next day – make it a family event!

You won't want to miss this fun and exciting town-wide tradition and the chance to cheer on your favorite team of teachers, friends and neighbors.

More than 40 teams will be testing their trivia know-how in a
"final-Jeopardy"-style format. All nine schools will be fielding at least one team. Some perennial favorites such as the *Revolutionaries*, the*Copper Bees* and the *12:00 Scholars* will try to claim the winning spot. New teams have signed up to create some buzz and participate in the trivia hijinks, and last year's Bee champs, the *Klee-Bees*, are returning to defend their title.

Additionally, many "bee-loved" friends will assist as the supporting cast – Jeff Leonard, Performing Arts Department Coordinator at LHS will be returning as the Master of Ceremonies; Fiske's principal, Tom Martellone, will be the keeper of the buzzer; and Diamond's principal Ann Carothers will be participating as a judge along with Bee Questions Committee members, Doug Cohen and Betty Gau. Thelma Goldberg returns this year to "bee-dazzle" the audience and "Dance Inn" the questions to begin the festivities and Lexington Public Schools Superintendent, Paul Ash, will introduce the evening's officials.
