With over 38 years of international coaching experience, our team provides elite-level training for junior players ages 5 to 18, from beginners to national-level competitors. Founded by ATP-certified coaches Paco Maroto and Po Grant, AlligatorShot is not a camp—it’s a structured player development program based on the renowned Spanish methodology and tailored for USTA and ITF competition. Our 360º Training System focuses on four key areas: technical mastery, tactical intelligence, physical development, and mental strength. We believe every player deserves personalized attention. That’s why we maintain low player-to-coach ratios, use customized plans, and track performance through our NotrickPlanner App. Our progressive categories—Cocos, Drilos, Allis, Gators, and Alligators—allow players to grow through each stage of development with clear goals and accountability. This summer, we’re excited to launch our programs at Concord-Carlisle High School before moving into our new indoor facility in the fall.
