Fire incidents:

Yesterday, July 19, a wire burnt through a large branch, causing it to fall into the street on Massachusetts Avenue at Paul Revere Road. This happened around 5:49 p.m., and firefighters blocked the street and extinguished branches that were on fire. Nstar crews insulated the wire and removed the tree limbs, Engine 1 was used to wet down the burning wood. The area was clear by 6:51 p.m.

On Wednesday, July 14, around 6:56 p.m., an accident happened on Rte. 128 northbound. One person was taken to Lahey Clinic with neck injuries.
