The APWA Reporter, the monthy magazine of the American Public Works Association, has recognized Lexington's Samuel Hadley Public Services Building as a "Project of the Year" award winner in its July issue. The magazine touts the building for its efficient layout, passive solar design, exterior materials and "green" roof. An awards ceremony will be held in August, said DPW director Bill Hadley.
