Jay Kaufman is jumping back into his public policy series tomorrow, holding a second forum of the month that tackles another pertinent topic – health care. The forum will be held at 2 p.m. at the where Kaufman will be joined by Richard Frank, deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Dept. of Health &amp; Human Services.   The discussion will center around health care, including reform and the national and state health care acts. Kaufman began the "Open House" series in 1995, as a platform for residents and guests to discuss issues and topics of interest in the community and beyond. It is produced and broadcast through a partnership with LexMedia.
