Waterstone of Lexington Luxury Senior Living Community is now Hiring

LEXINGTON, MA- (September, 2022) – National Development and EPOCH Senior Living’s Waterstone of Lexington, a luxury senior living community, is now hiring. Model units are also now open for viewing on the 17.5-acre campus, located adjacent to the Belmont Country Club in Lexington.

Waterstone of Lexington Executive Director Arzu Leblanc said Waterstone of Lexington is currently interviewing for a number of positions including LPNs, RNs, CNAs, cooks, dining room servers, dishwashers, drivers, front desk and security personnel, programing/activities personnel and various departments heads including business office manager, activities director, dining director and wellness director.

“We are interviewing for a wide range of positions at Waterstone of Lexington in anticipation of our opening sometime in November,’’ said LeBlanc. “We expect to bring at least 100 new jobs to the community.”

When Waterstone of Lexington opens its doors, it will feature 116 independent living and 40 assisted living residences. The independent living residences feature one-and two-bedroom apartments with luxury finishes, open and airy floor plans, beautifully appointed bathrooms, walk-in closets and designer kitchens.

Waterstone of Lexington also offers an impressive array of lifestyle amenities including:

As part of the spectrum of care provided on the campus, Bridges by Epoch at Lexington, an assisted living community specializing in memory care, is open directly across the street from Waterstone. The property is located at 55 Watertown Street. There is also a

Welcome Center at 352-354 Pleasant Street in Belmont, which will remain open until the end of September when operations will move to the property a 55 Watertown Street.
