Rainy weather for farmers and LHS seniors near the end
Monday was Memorial Day, and a parade and ceremonies were held throughout Lexington Center, including wreath-layings at the cemeteries and war memorials. The parade weaved its way through town, then drew to a close at Battle Green where state Sen. Ken Donnelly spoke.

For a slew of Lexington High School teams, this week brought news of post-season tournament seedings and playoff games. The girls' lacrosse team on Wednesday beat Westford Academy 19-10 to advance to the quarterfinals.

On Thursday, LHS's senior prom was held in Boston, but not before reporter Lily Barrett snapped 12 photos of the students at the high school before they left for the event. With graduation taking place this afternoon for the LHS class of 2010, Lexington Patch wanted to find out more about this year's two student speakers, Peter Saudek and Noha Ahmed. Both seniors reveal memories of their high school experience and what message they'll give their classmates at today's graduation ceremony.
