Get rid of hazardous products: Residents can take common household hazardous products to the Minuteman Hazardous Products Regional Facility, located at the Lexington Compost Facility, 60 Hartwell Ave., on Saturday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Identification and proof of residency is required, and items like lawn and garden materials, automotive products, laundry and kitchen cleaners and household materials will be accepted. Take a hike: Use this week's column by Meg Muckenhoupt as a launching pad to discover the past and present inhabitants of the Poor Farm. Take a walk through the area, at the corner of Hill and Cedar streets and Paul Revere Road, and challenge yourself to spot everything Muckenhoupt photographed.

Listen to live music: Nourish restaurant hosts a live music series every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Because of the series' popularity, Nourish has also added live music to its repertoire on Saturday nights, from 8 to 10:30 p.m.
