Sunday, June 6

8:00 a.m. – Police monitored a protest at Grace Chapel on Worthen Road.

8:01 a.m. – A car was reported as keyed in a Lowell Street parking over night.

9:29 a.m. – A wallet was found on Bloomfield Street.

2:44 p.m. – A disabled car was reported on Rte. 2 and Waltham Street.

3:03 p.m. – A convenience store owner reported receiving a threat by phone after an argument with customers.

7:23 p.m. – A local man was arrested after a dispute with his father on Jean Road, police said. James E. Bowman, 17, of 10 Jean Road, was charged with domestic assault and battery on a person over 65, police said.

8:13 p.m. – A power outage was reported on Evergreen Lane.

 

Saturday, June 5

1:01 a.m. – A car tire was reported as slashed on Woburn Street.

7:50 a.m. – Two people were reported as looking into windows on Hancock Street.

10:51 a.m. – A wire was reported down on Waltham Street.

12:48 p.m. – A lost bike was reported on Bernard Street.

2:06 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported on Worthen Road.

3:42 p.m. – An attempted burglary was reported on Bloomfield Street. Two windows of a home were smashed, but entry was not gained, police said.

4:32 p.m. – A noise complaint of barking dogs was reported on Cary Avenue.

5:05 p.m. – A debit card was found on Linmoor Terrace.

9:33 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from Blueberry Lane.

10:38 p.m. – Youths were reported as ringing bells on Ellison Road.

 

Friday, June 4

1:52 a.m. – A noise complaint of a barking dog was reported on Bow Street.

12:07 p.m. – A protestor set up a table on the sidewalk at Massachusetts Avenue and Grant Street.

12:45 p.m. – A carbon monoxide detector activated on Aerial Street.

1:10 p.m. – Two youths were reported as being in a Pearl Street backyard pool.

6:55 p.m. – Teenagers going into the park with beer cases was reported on Sutherland Road.

7:31 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported on Bedford Street.

10:44 p.m. – A disturbance, youths gathering in the park, was reported on Burlington Street.

 

Thursday, June 3

8:16 a.m. – A disabled car was reported on Bedford Street.

9:49 a.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Massachusetts Avenue and Marrett Road.

10:51 a.m. – A car was reported as broken into on Tufts Road.

10:55 a.m. – A man and woman were reported as camping on conservation land on Whipple Road.

3:01 p.m. – A car accident occurred on Bedford Street.

6:51 p.m. – A dispute with a customer was reported on Massachusetts Avenue.

8:42 p.m. – A burglary was reported on Foster Road. A door had been forced open. Nothing was reported missing, police said.

 

Wednesday, June 2

5:31 a.m. – A tree limb was reported as being down on Grant Street.

7:31 a.m. – A driver was cited for driving with a suspended license on Bedford Street.

1:21 p.m. – A neighbor dispute was reported on Partride Road.

5:00 p.m. – A driver on Mass ave was cited for having an expired registration sticker

5:10 p.m. – A lost cell phone was reported on Worthen Road.

5:11 p.m. – A local man was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license on Bedford Street, police said. Louis V. Quartararo, 18, of 1 Whipple Road, was also charged with a stop sign violation and driving without a license in possession, police said.

5:41 p.m. – A Medford man was arrested on North Street for driving with a suspended license, police said. James C. Treaverse Jr., 55, of 42 Norwich Circle, was also charged with driving with a suspended registration, driving without an inspection sticker and a seatbelt violation.

6:03 p.m. – A hit-and-run accident with property damage was reported on Bedford Street.

8:56 p.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Massachusetts Avenue.

 

Tuesday, June 1

10:38 a.m. – A car accident occurred on Massachusetts Avenue at Muzzey Street.

1:22 p.m. – A car was broken into on Bedford Street.

2:42 p.m. – A fire was reported on Prospect Hill Road.

2:44 p.m. – A car accident occurred on Bedford Street.

2:52 p.m. – A car accident occurred on Pleasant Street.

3:55 p.m. – A car accident occurred on Bedford Street.

4:28 p.m. – Ammunition was turned in to police to be destroyed.

5:50 p.m. – Police were asked to investigate a lightening strike on Lowell Street.
