Monday, July 12

7:07 a.m. – A wallet was reported as lost on Mass Avenue.

7:18 a.m. – A driver on Maple Street was cited for driving with a suspended license.

8:34 a.m. – A traffic light was reported as out on Camellia Place and Bedford Street.

9:39 a.m. – A dog complaint was received from Bedford Street.

10:17 a.m. – A civil dispute involving a question about eviction was reported on Stedman Road.

11:00 a.m. – A mother on Woburn Street reported her adult daughter as missing.

4:48 p.m. – An accident occurred on Lowell Street.

5:38 p.m. – A local man was arrested following an accident on Hancock Street at the Bikeway, police said. Gregory A. Tallent, 23, of 22 Hamblen St., was charged with OUI Liquor, driving with an open container of alcohol and failure to use care in stopping, police said. Tallent was also charged with assault and battery on a police officer after police say he raised an arm to strike an officer, then pushed an officer before he was placed under arrest. No injuries were reported in the accident, police said.

5:45 p.m. – A trespass issue was served on Stedman Road.

5:55 p.m. – A dispute was reported on Oakland Street.

9:34 p.m. – A death was reported on Lincoln Street, due to natural causes, police said.

 

Sunday, July 11

3:29 a.m. – A noise complaint of an alarm sounding was received from Eldred Street.

3:59 a.m. – A noise complaint of a car alarm sounding was received from Washington Street.

8:25 a.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Mass Avenue.

1:55 p.m. – A bicyclist on the Bikeway was reported as having fallen.

5:08 p.m. – Harassment was reported on Lincoln Street, stemming from a July 10 assault on Kendall Street, police said. Threats were made by the father of a resident alleged to have been punched during a fight, to the person alleged to have punched him. No arrests have been made, police are investigating.

5:22 p.m. – A customer dispute was reported on Bedford Street.

5:34 p.m. – A Blackberry cell phone was reported as lost on Main Campus Drive.

5:47 p.m. – A dispute was reported on Main Campus Drive.

6:40 p.m. – A complaint was received from Shade Street about construction work in the area.

7:10 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Dewey Road.

8:10 p.m. – Debris dumping was reported on Avon Street.

 

Saturday, July 10

6:45 a.m. – A wallet was found on Mass Avenue.

10:52 a.m. – Water was reported as running from a house under construction on Grove Street.

11:08 a.m. – A dispute was reported on Mass Avenue.

11:48 a.m. – A men's wallet was found on Mass Avenue.

12:15 p.m. – An assault was reported on Kendall Road. A Young Street resident reported a man broke the side mirror off his car, before punching him in the face through the open car window. No arrests have been made and police are investigating.

1:33 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a father and son was reported on Leonard Road.

4:41 p.m. – Animal control was notified that a raccoon was reportedly in a storm drain on Saddle Club Road.

7:30 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Pleasant Street.

8:32 p.m. – A fight was reported in a parking lot on Worthen Road, resulting in an arrest. Vincent F. Caldarella, 24, of 249 Worthen Road, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, police said.

10:29 p.m. – Credit card larceny was reported on Bow Street.

 

Friday, July 9

11:53 a.m. – A car on Waltham Street was reported as disabled with two flat tires.

2:02 p.m. – A dispute between two drivers was reported on Mass Avenue.

4:17 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Rte. 128 south.

5:46 p.m. – A dispute was reported on Woburn Street.

7:53 p.m. – An animal complaint of a loose dog was reported on Bow Street.

9:16 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Thoreau Road.

9:27 p.m. – A wallet was reported as lost on Mass Avenue.

 

Thursday, July 8

7:27 a.m. – A dispute over tree removal was reported on Maple Street.

10:36 a.m. – A pocketbook was reported found on Dexter Road.

10:41 a.m. – An accident occurred on Pleasant Street at Mason Street.

1:51 p.m. – Solicitors were reported on Heritage Drive.

5:36 p.m. – A hit-and-run accident damaging property was reported on Mass Avenue.

5:41 p.m. – Theft of a cell phone from a building was reported on Hartwell Avenue.

6:12 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Bedford Street.

6:18 p.m. – A driver on Lincoln Street was cited for an expired registration.

6:30 p.m. – Graffiti vandalism was reported on Camellia Place.

6:34 p.m. – A verbal dispute between a mother and daughter was reported on Lexington Ridge Drive.

6:55 p.m. – An accident occurred on Marrett Road.

 

Wednesday, July 7

8:03 a.m. – A car was reported as broken into on Dexter Road between midnight and the time of the call. A rear passenger window was smashed, and a wallet containing $160 cash, credit cards and an American Express giftcard was taken.

11:49 a.m. – A GPS system and purse were reported as stolen from an unlocked car on Dexter Road between 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and the time of the call.

5:13 p.m. – A tree was reported as down on Old Mass Avenue.

6:03 p.m. – Police assisted a resident with a locked door on April Lane.

7:26 p.m. – An accident was reported on Woburn Street at Fletcher Avenue.

9:27 p.m. – An unlocked car in a driveway on Hancock Street was broken into. A beige purse containing a wallet with cash and ATM and credits cards was taken. The purse, containing all but $2, was later left on the front porch of the resident's home.

 

Tuesday, July 6

12:15 a.m. – A bike frame was found at Depot Place.

7:56 a.m. – Theft from a building was reported at a business on Bedford Street over the weekend. Several cash drawers were pried open, and one was reported missing. $100 to $150 was taken.

8:09 a.m. – A bike was reported as found in a driveway on Sherman Street.

11:31 a.m. –  Thirty-eight bottles of wine and alcohol were reported as stolen from a home on John Poulter Road. The bottles were taken to the house as new residents prepared to move in, but were stolen before they began occupying the house, police said.

11:56 a.m. – Graffiti spray painted on a wall was reported on Mass Avenue.

12:02 p.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue.

1:22: p.m. – A burglary was reported on Marrett Road after the front door was pried open. About $120 in change was stolen from a bedroom.

2:42 p.m. – A driver was cited for driving with a suspended license on Waltham Street.

3:59 p.m. – A breaking and entering was reported on Orchard Lane between 7:45 a.m. and the time of the call. A ladder was used to reach a second floor window during the burglary, and it was unknown immediately what items were missing, police said.

6:03 p.m. – An open door or window was reported on John Poulter Road.

7:37 p.m. – An accident occurred on Rte. 2 west.

8:34 p.m. – Police received a request for a generator on Highland Avenue.
