Sunday, July 25

12:23 a.m. – Suspicious activity of kids on the green was reported on Mass Avenue at Bedford Street.

9:26 a.m. – Smoke and the odor of rubber or plastic was reported on Lowell Street.

10:58 a.m. – A sick or injured squirrel was reported on Independence Avenue.

11:43 a.m. – A dog was reported as running loose on Robbins Road.

1:59 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a grandmother and granddaughter was reported on Hillside Terrace.

3:34 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Bedford Street.

4:21 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Emerson Gardens Road.

10:24 p.m. – Police checked on groups gathering in a lot on Lincoln Street.

 

Saturday, July 24

1:04 a.m. – Police assisted Burlington police after an attempted mugging in Burlington.

1:11 a.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Lowell Street.

9:45 a.m. – A dead animal on Grant Street was reported to Animal Control.

10:21 a.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen on Mass Avenue.

11:59 a.m. – A bike was found on Wood Street.

12:54 p.m. – An accident occurred on Marrett Road.

3:02 p.m. – An accident was reported on Mass Avenue at Grant Street.

4:46 p.m. – A Medford man was arrested on Main Campus Drive and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, police said. Jeffrey Angelesco, 34, of 10 Burnside St., was also charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot.

5:27 p.m. – Police checked on a report of youths throwing eggs on Bedford Street at Simonds Road.

6:41 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Clarke Street.

8:31 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Mass Avenue.

8:34 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Hayden Avenue.

9:59 p.m. – A loud group creating a disturbance was reported on Bedford Street.

10:25 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Lowell Street.

 

Friday, July 23

2:53 a.m. – A 15-year-old Roslindale boy was reported as missing and last heard from in Lexington.

11:08 a.m. – A dispute was reported on Ward Street.

11:25 a.m. – A civil dispute was reported on Paul Revere Road.

12:36 p.m. – An unwanted person was reported on Marrett Road.

12:38 p.m. – Credit card fraud was reported on Lowell Street. A resident reported getting a phone call about becoming part of a franchise opportunity in Arizona. The call was found to be a scam, and no money was lost.

1:27 p.m. – A bicycle was found on Mass Avenue at Wood Street.

2:05 p.m. – A wallet, Ipod and gift card were reported stolen while left unattended in a building on Marrett Road.

2:12 p.m. – A restraining order was served on Calvin Street.

3:53 p.m. – An accident occurred on Bedford Street at Hartwell Avenue.

3:59 p.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue at Depot Square.

4:26 p.m. – A driver on Bedford Street was cited for an expired registration.

5:33 p.m. – A wire was reported as down on Charles Street.

6:01 p.m. – Traffic lights on Lowell Street were reported as flashing.

7:58 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Bedford Street.

9:55 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from Bedford Street.

10:06 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from Emerson Gardens Road.

11:05 p.m. – A street sign was hit resulting in property damage on Mass Avenue at Worthen Road.

11:51 p.m. – The VFW on Hayes Lane was reported as being open after 11 p.m. Police spoke to the bartender who said the only person present was there to clean up.

 

Thursday, July 22

12:19 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Sherburne Road.

1:23 a.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Hancock Street.

3:55 a.m. – A car door was reported as open on Emerson Gardens Road.

10:03 a.m. – A driver on Mass Avenue was cited for an expired registration.

12:10 p.m. – A dispute was reported on Katahdin Drive. A tenant would not leave the pool area, police said.

12:10 p.m. – Animal control was notified about a dog at the animal hospital.

2:37 p.m. – A driver on Woburn Street was cited for driving with revoked insurance.

3:44 p.m. – Police served a restraining order on North Street.

3:54 p.m. – A past larceny was reported on Highland Avenue. A gold watch and a camera were believed to be taken in April.

4:12 p.m. – A camera was reported lost on Mass Avenue.

6:56 p.m. – A wire was reported as burning in a tree on Balfour Street.

7:15 p.m. – Vandalism to a car was reported on Wood Street. The car, parked in the driveway, was keyed and kicked the previous night, police said.

 

Wednesday, July 21

12:30 a.m. – A noise complaint of a loud party was reported on April Lane.

3:10 a.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Vine Street.

3:27 a.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Hancock Street.

7:51 a.m. – Police provided support to Bedford police.

8:38 a.m. – Police served a warrant of apprehension on Judges Road, and the individual was taken to court.

9:24 a.m. – A past hit-and-run accident was reported on Bedford Street.

10:22 a.m. – A dog complaint was received from Hayden Avenue.

11:42 a.m. – A tree was reported as falling over on Grove Street.

11:46 a.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Mass Avenue.

11:58 a.m. – A loose large black dog was reported on Pleasant Street.

12:05 p.m. – A driver on Grant Street was cited for driving with a suspended license.

12:52 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled in the middle of Bedford Street.

1:20 p.m. – A car was reported as damaged on Maguire Road.

1:54 p.m. – A dog was found on Eldred Street.

2:46 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Mass Avenue.

3:01 p.m. – A bike was found on Mass Avenue.

3:32 p.m. – A tree limb was down on Waltham Street.

4:39 p.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue at Charles Street.

5:14 p.m. – Property was found on Seaborn Place.

6:39 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Katahdin Drive.

6:52 p.m. – A cat was hit by a car on Woburn Street.

7:14 p.m. – A criminal process was served on Cushing Street.

8:47 p.m. – Bicycles were reported stolen on Middleby Road.

11:41 p.m. – A fight was reported on Mass Avenue.

 

Tuesday, July 20

3:40 a.m. – A Sherborn woman was arrested at Mass Avenue at Depot Square and charged with OUI Liquor, police said. Anne C. Klemmer, 22, of 46 Old Orchard Rd., was also charged with making a prohibited turn, police said.

7:16 a.m. – Larceny from a storage container on Lowell Street was reported as occurring during the night. A lock on the container had been cut, and tools, including a drill, torches and a power broom, were taken.

9:08 a.m. – An accident occurred on Bedford Street.

10:29 a.m. – A bag of hypodermic needles was found on Concord Avenue. The bag contained about 20 needles and syringes, and appeared to have been there for awhile. The bag was covered with insects. Police disposed of the needles.

11:11 a.m. – A black wallet was reported lost on Bridge Street.

11:19 a.m. – A restraining order violation was reported on Marrett Road.

3:25 p.m. – A criminal complaint for parking violations was served on Mass Avenue.

4:13 p.m. – A dog was reported locked in a car on Mass Avenue.

8:37 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Greenwood Street.

10:30 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Bedford Street.

10:43 p.m. – A tree was reported down on Grant Street.
