Buckle Up for the Worst Potholes in Lynnfield

Nothing puts a dent in a morning commute like bad traffic and a street littered with potholes.

Blizzard 2016 left monumental snowfalls up and down the east coast, and Lynnfield was not immune to its wrath.

Large snowfalls compiled with El Niño induced warmer temperatures have caused more potholes and road problems than most motorists can stomach.

Patch Readers gave us a rundown of particularly pocked streets in their neighborhoods. Here are some spots that might be worth detouring:

• “Salem Street and Rt. one crossing through the intersection.”

• “Doncaster road leading into Doncaster Circle area.”

• “I would have said Pillings Pond Road, but they just fixed them.”

• “129 Salem Street, as always.”

• “Perley Burrill stretch.”
