Cab Passenger Tries To Get A Free Ride, And Couple of Motor Vehicle Break-Ins

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, September 6 and Sunday, September 8.
On Friday, September 6 at 12:55 p.m. a motor vehicle break-in was reported on Grey Lane.
At 2:12 p.m. a caller reported a man was going door to door on Crest Road soliciting roofing work. He was advised on the town's policy in solicitor permits.
At 5:21 p.m. some youths were reportedly operating minibikes on Cortland Road.
At 5:25 p.m. a caller reported their keys were stolen from their car which was parked at Lynnfield High School.
On Saturday, September 7 at 12:14 a.m. a cab driver on Ryan Road called about a customer who was refusing to pay their fare. The fare was paid.
At 9:05 p.m. police issued a motorist a citation for littering.
On Sunday, September 8 at 2:31 a.m. a suspicious auto was reported near Yorkshire Drive.
At 2:05 p.m. a motor vehicle break in was reported at Our Lady of the Assumption on Grove Street.
