Deadline For Lexington Special Town Meeting Petitions Approaching

LEXINGTON, MA — This year's Special Town Meeting in Lexington will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 and will be completely remote.

The Lexington Select Board voted on the decision on Aug. 10. The vote also opened the Special Fall Town Meeting Warrant for citizen petitions. Petitioners must gather 100 signatures for their petition and make an appointment to return their petitions to the Select Board Office.

The deadline to submit petitions is 4 p.m. on Thursday. Requests for appointment should be made by Wednesday.
