Mansfield Bank Promotes, Adds Executives

Norman Hayes has been promoted to Commercial Loan Team Leader for the Easton and Plainville/North Attleboro Branches. Norm has spent 14 years in commercial lending, the last 6 of which as a Metro-South Commercial Lender with Mansfield Bank. He volunteers his time as a classroom instructor for Junior Achievement, a fundraiser for New Hope, and for the food pantry in Mansfield, Our Daily Bread. Mr. Hayes resides in Attleboro with his wife and their son.

Corinne O’Neill has been promoted to the position of Assistant Deposit Operations Manager. Ms. O’Neill joined Mansfield Bank as a part time teller in July of 1996. She has had several full-time roles since November of 2004, including Assistant Head Teller and Head Teller for 3 years and Loan Servicing for 2 years. She has worked in Deposit Operations since July of 2009, and was promoted to Supervisor in that department last January. Corinne has volunteered for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Mansfield’s Pop Warner Cheerleading program. She has lived in Mansfield for 17 years with her husband and two daughters.

John O’Connor has joined Mansfield Bank in the newly created role of Chief Information Officer. Before joining Mansfield Bank, Mr. O’Connor was the Vice President of Information Technology at BankFive. Prior to BankFive, he worked for Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank as the Chief Information Officer and then the Director of Operations and Technology. Mr. O’Connor’s community activity includes having served on the Board of Directors of New Directions Sound Coast and coaching soccer at the Hockomock YMCA. He and his wife Tiffany reside in North Attleboro, MA with their 3 daughters.

Joe Parisi has been promoted to the position of Vice President / Marketing. Mr. Parisi joined Mansfield Bank as Director of Marketing in March of 2011 after a long career with Junior Achievement. His last 15 years with that non-profit organization were as President of JA of Southern Massachusetts. Besides in JA classrooms, he has volunteered for Our Daily Bread food pantry in Mansfield, Special Olympics and for youth sports where he and his family reside, Warwick, RI.
