Obituary: Donlon Jane Ann (Bruce)

Jane Ann (Bruce) Donlon, of Mansfield, passed away in her home. She passed surrounded by her loving family on Wed., Sept. 14, 2011.

She is survived by her beloved husband Stephen J. Donlon III, who she was happily married to for the past 44 years.

She was born in Dorchester on July 1, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Dennis and Jane Bruce.

She grew up in Dorchester, and was educated at Dorchester parochial schools. She was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School in South Boston.

A mansfield resident for 26 years, she moved from Stoughton. She was the owner of JAD Financial Services.

She also leaves behind two children, Stephen J. Donlon IV and Nicole V. Slavin. She was the sister of Marguerite “Peg” Kelly of Marshfield, Maureen Hines of Canton, Harold Bruce of Newfoundland, Veronica Jones of Washington State and the late Dennis Bruce, Carl Bruce and Gerard Bruce, Mrs. Donlon is also survived by her cherished grandchildren; William Slavin, Emily Slavin and Sarah Jane Donlon.
