Treasury Analyst -   White Collar Technologies - Mansfield

Leans towards more of a senior role

• Daily Cash Management activities
  • Cash positioning
  • Investments
  • Release wires from segments
  • Prepare Daily Reports (DLR, Investments, Counterparty)
• US bank fee review
• Support operations regarding bank reconclination, issues with wire transfers, tax payments, research, etc
• Sox Compliance / Ad-hoc Reporting
• Special Projects (ie Weiland bank fee implementation, Treasury Analytics, investment analysis, etc)
• Review daily Cash Management activites (cash positioning, daily reports, etc)

• Consildiates weekly Cash Forecase (US and Canada)
• Tracks worldwide intercompany payments
• Prepare investments template for weekly Investment Committee meeting
• Management of Contigent Liabilities – Americas
• Netting Coordinator
• Support operations regarding bank reconciliation, issues with wire transfers, tax payments, research, etc
• Bank Admin for US, Canada, Mexico (including ev3)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Project Coordinator -   Black Diamond Networks - Mansfield

Job Requirements:

2 to 3+ years of project administration and coordination experience utilizing proven project management processes, tools and framework.
Candidate must demonstrate:

1. Strong written and documentation skills
2. Advanced to expert skills in the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio as well as SharePoint).
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with others
5. PMI CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is a plus

Create an asset from CIP or have the experience/exposure of CIP tracking in general. CIP or asset determination/creation. There are three things we’d like to have this role potentially perform:

- Running and updating an access query that refreshes CIP details and data
- Reviewing assets for items such as maintenance, training, etc
- Reviewing invoices and determining proper assets to be capitalized and creating those assets.

Duties such as printing/filing the invoices by project and assisting with asset uploads, getting some comfort that an individual “gets” the concept of CIP and has and can put that into practice is key.
