MANSFIELD, MA — A Scranton, Pennsylvania man charged with selling drugs prior to Wednesday's Dead and Company show at the Xfinity Center also had business cards, police said.

Authorities allege that 31-year-old Joseph Wallo sold balloons filled with nitrous oxide. He was ordered held on $1,000 cash bail during his arraignment Thursday in Attleboro District Court, according to the Sun Chronicle.

Wallo was taken into custody after police began to notice people walking around the parking lot with balloons filled with nitrous oxide.

Despite police finding 13 ounces of marijuana, 11 nitrous oxide tanks, and 110 Xanax pills in Wallo's van, Matthew Carter of Attleboro, Wallo's attorney, said that the van did not belong to his client. He also said that there is no evidence that the balloons contained nitrous oxide.

Wallo allegedly had business cards on him offering his services and house calls.
