Mansfield White's Bakery Offers Special Cookie For Fallen Officer
White's Bakery this week sold black and blue half moons in memory of Officer Michael Chesna.

MANSFIELD, MA — Weymouth Police Officer Michael Chesna was a regular at the White's Bakery in Hingham and a big fan of the half-moon, which is part of the reason why the bakery knew they had to do something following his murder Sunday.
The Mansfield branch, along with the other locations in Hingham and Brockton, started selling black and blue half moons Monday and matched the proceeds from the special treat up to $500 towards the Officer Michael Chesna Family Fund.
A day later, the moon pies were sold out at all three stores.
