By John Waller A 36-year-old Norwood man was arrested at about 11:45 a.m. Thursday on Symmes Road in Arlington.Matthew G. Maguire, of Bird Road, allegedly violated an abuse prevention order in Mansfield. Mansfield police contacted Arlington police, who made the arrest and then handed over Maguire to Mansfield officers.
