Beach Cleanup Saturday to Prep for Memorial Day
The One Healthy Ocean Family Beach Cleanup is once again happening at Marblehead's beaches.

With Memorial Day nearly upon us, the One Healthy Ocean Family Beach Cleanup is once again happening and dozens of volunteers will be heading out to the beaches on the afternoon of Saturday, May 25, to do some good.
The event, sponsored by sponsored by National Grand Bank and Carol Kent Yacht Charters, will be taking place this Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Volunteers will be sweeping the following beaches: Devereux, Riverhead, Preston, Gas House, Grace Oliver’s, Little Harbor, and Fort.

All interested in joining can just show up. Just check in with the Cleanup Captains at Devereux Beach or Gas House Beach. The captians will give you safety briefings and provide you with garbage bags as well as participation gifts from local merchants.
Please bring your own water, snacks, and work gloves. All children must be accompanied by a parent.
