MARBLEHEAD, MA — It's Monday, July 20. Here's what Patch has been covering on the North Shore and across Massachusetts today.
Marblehead has a crucial cameo in "Too Much and Never Enough," the controversial new book by Donald Trump's niece, Mary L. Trump. In the book, Mary Trump recounts an 18-year-old Donald coming to visit his older brother and her father, Freddy, in 1964 when the eldest Trump son was living in Marblehead.
The future president and another brother, Robert, had been sent by patriarch Fred Trump Jr. to convince his oldest son to join the family business. But Freddy Trump wanted to be a commercial airline pilot. The visit to Marblehead, Mary Trump writes, played defining roles in both men's lives. Read more.

Former Beverly Hockey Standout Jake Straw Dead At 24
Jake Straw, who scored 25 goals and 25 assists for Beverly's 2014 state championship team, died unexpectedly at home Friday. He was Former Beverly High School boys' hockey coach Bob Gilligan confirmed Straw's death. Other details were not immediately available.

Beverly Hospital Coronavirus Admissions Climb After Hitting Zero
As of Sunday, Beverly Hospital was treating 12 coronavirus patients, including three in ICU. The increase comes less than a week after the hospital had its first day with no coronavirus patients since the COVID-19 crisis started in March.
Danvers Crash Sends Three To Hospital
All three victims had what were called non-life threatening injuries, police said. Route 114 was closed after the 8:30 a.m. crash, and traffic detoured as the crash scene was cleared and as Massachusetts State Police conducted their investigation.

Missing Canton Teen Found Dead
Canton police confirmed 19-year-old Ryan Lahiff was found dead Saturdayafter being reported missing three days earlier. "At this point in time, there does not appear to be foul play," Canton Deputy Police Chief Helena Rafferty wrote in an email. "Keep this young teen and his family in your thoughts, and hug the teens/children in your life a little tighter."
