Community Invited to Donate to Ballet School and Ballet Company's 6th Winter Coat and Pajama Drive
Donate now to the Marblehead School of Ballet and the North Shore Civic Ballet's sixth annual winter coat and pajama drive.
The Marblehead School of Ballet(MSB) and the North Shore Civic Ballet's (NSCB) sixth annual winter coats and pajama drive is underway to help our neighbors in need. The drive runs now through December 14. The coats will be given to Anton's Cleaners to be cleaned and donated to Coats for Kids and Families Partners Distribution Network. To help vulnerable local families stay warm this winter, the drive is collecting new pajamas for children ages 0 to 6 to be donated to Lynn Economic Opportunity and help.
"For over five decades, the Marblehead School of Ballet has been a vital part of the North Shore community. We are deeply grateful to our supporters, who have made our work possible. This fall and winter, we invite the community to join us in spreading warmth by donating gently used or new winter coats for individuals of all ages, as well as new pajamas for children in need," said Paula K. Shiff, Director of MSB.
"The North Shore Civic Ballet is committed to supporting families and children experiencing hardships during the challenging winter months. Building on the success of our previous donation drives, we invite the community to participate and donate new or gently used winter coats for people of all ages and new pajamas for children from infancy to six years old," said Rosemary Grant, member, North Shore Civic Ballet board of trustees.
