Marblehead Native in Critical Condition After Pedestrian Crash
A 22-year-old Marblehead High School graduate was seriously injured when she was struck by a car while in a crosswalk.

A 22-year-old Marblehead native is in critical condition in the hospital after she was struck by a car while crossing the road in Northhampton earlier this week.
Chloe Rombach is hospitalized at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, according to MassLive, the website for the Springfield Republican.
Rombach is a 2010 Marblehead High School graduate, according to a list of graduates published on Marblehead Patch at the time.

Rombach was seriously injured on Tuesday night at about 5:30 p.m. when she was crossing the street in a crosswalk on Bridge Street in Northhampton and was struck by a car. Emergency crews had to rescue Rombach from under the car using a jack.
Northhampton police identified the driver as Kenzie Kimble-Badgett, 18, of Easthampton and said she has not been charged as the investigation continues.

Rombach starred as “Maria” in the high school’s production of West Side Story during her senior year, according to a feature story about the play in 2009 in the Marblehead Reporter. She was also an honor roll student at MHS that year.
