MARBLEHEAD, MA - The following are excerpts from the Marblehead Police Department Logs for Friday, Nov. 24 to Sunday, Nov. 26.

Friday, Nov. 24

  • A West Shore Drive resident walked into the police station to request help finding a nephew living in Lexington, Kentucky who had gone missing.
  • Police were called to Washington Street for a woman who had slipped and fell on some ice and hurt her leg.
  • A Tucker Street resident reported a truck blocking the road, which was then removed by Bill's Towing.
  • A Turner Road resident reported an alleged medicare scam phone call.
  • A Pickwick Road resident reported an Atlantis Tow truck pulled over and threw an old tire into the roadway. Police were notified after the resident called the company to complain.
  • A Humphrey Street resident reported losing a black wallet laset week at Marblehead Bank.
  • A Ware Lane resident reported someone entering the family's garage and going through their possessions.

Saturday, Nov. 25

  • Multiple callers reported seeing a man in his mid 20's jumping in and out of traffic on Elm Street. Callers said he was yelling obscenities at drivers.
  • A Pleasant Street resident called to report she witnessed a man through a patio chair in the parking lot of Miller Plaza.
  • A Tioga Way resident called to report a man who had broken a window and other materials in a warehouse. Police reported he may have been intoxicated and was arrested for destruction of property.
  • A Lee Street resident reported two packagers of vape cartridges had been stolen from his house.
  • A Gerry Street resident reported finding a phone.
  • A Brackett Place resident reported lost Tory Burch sunglasses.
  • An Anderson Street resident reported someon e had walked on a few cars and caused damage.
  • A Washington Street resident reported an older man was yelling obscenities at the top of his lungs. He later returned to the Harbor Light Inn, where he was staying.
  • A Bubier Road caller reported losing an iPhone 7.
  • A West Shore Drive resident reported her son was out of control.

Sunday, Nov. 26

  • A Ocean Avenue resident reported losing a brown wallet.
  • A Beach Street resident found an iPhone on the sidewalk while out for a stroll.
  • A Wyman Road resident reported finding a vest at the park nearby.
  • A Sheldon Road resident reported that a woman from an online dating site has been sending him harassing text messages threatening to post pictures of him on the internet.
