MARBLEHEAD, MA - The following are excerpts from the Marblehead Police Department Logs for Wednesday, Nov. 29 and Thursday, Nov. 30.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

  • A caller notified police that a bus was going too fast down Pleasant Street.
  • A Pleasant Street resident called police to complain about an unwanted solicitor.
  • An Independence Way resident called to report several calls from a "Michael Keen" claiming to be delivering a million dollars and a car.
  • A Lynn man was arrested on Pleasant Street for driving with a suspended license.
  • A caller from New York called police to report a squatting tenant at the property he is purchasing.
  • A Beacon Heights Lane resident reported a lost pocketbook.
  • A Layfaette Street resident called to report an erratic driver in the area.
  • A State Street resident called police to report a woman driving a black Nissan who hit an antique fence and drove off.
  • An Ames Road resident reported two males soliciting for their company door to door.
  • A caller reported a Honda that was in a fire lane.
  • An Anderson Street resident reported someone snooping around his home and take something.
