Marblehead Students Honored At Bates, Charleston, Curry, Delaware

MARBLEHEAD, MA — These Marblehead students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

Marblehead students named to the Roger Williams University Dean's List for the fall semester were Madison Jones, Chris Locke and Josie Poulin.

James Sullivan, Cody Van Wittenberghe, Shelby Cardoso Raimundo and Juliana Cushnie earned spots on the Southern New Hampshire fall President's List.

Van Wittenberghe was named to Southern New Hampshire University's summer 2024 President's List.

Lyndsey Anderson was named to the Curry College fall Dean's List.

Thomas Davis was named to the Dean's List at Bates College for the fall semester ending in December 2024. This is a distinction earned by students whose grade point average is 3.92 or higher. Davis is majoring in Physics at Bates.

The College of the Holy Cross welcomed Luke Marinelli as a member of the College's Class of 2028.

Peyton Downey enrolled at James Madison University for the fall 2024 semester. Downey is majoring in Nursing - BSN.

Alex Carter attended the Honors College at the College of Charleston starting this fall.

The following students have been named to the University of Delaware Dean's List for the Spring 2024 semester: Isabella Cohen, Alexis Jaffe, Lily Gerson, and Elsa McKernan.

Emerson College awarded approximately 1,045 undergraduate degrees to the Class of 2024 during the 144th Commencement at Agganis Arena in Boston. Ty'Bria Hill earned a BA in Media Arts Production and Penelope Walker earned a BS in Political Communication.

Melina Abatjoglou was named to second honors on the Clark University Dean's List. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the spring 2024 semester.

The University of Tampa hosted a commencement ceremony on May 4 to honor the 1,717 degree-seeking candidates at the University's 158th commencement. Lauren Schiowitz received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice BS and Simone Rinaldi received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology BA.

Owen Murphy was named among the students who qualified for Belmont University's fall 2024 Dean's List.

William Ehrenberg was named to the University of Utah's Summer 2024 Dean's List.

Ellie Bouchard was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at The University of Tampa.

St. Lawrence University welcomed Carter Lamb and Sam Tucker to campus as first-year students this fall.
