Someone reported a wrong way driver on Washington Street on Tuesday around 6:30 p.m., and said the driver hit a BMW. The caller got in a confrontation about the incident before the driver took off, but the driver later called police to say he tapped a mirror, but there was no damage.

Police took a report of a $4,000 heart princess chart with 21 diamonds that fell off a necklace last Tuesday.

Officers responded to a report of a person wiring $3,650 to someone she believed to be her boss, but later found that the original request was a scam.

On Wednesday, a woman reported that she received four packages from Singapore she never ordered. She said there's no suspicious activity on her credit card.

Officers checked on a person falling asleep at the wheel on Thursday afternoon, and found that the driver had been baking all night and had just finished delivering the baked goods.

Lisa M. Buswell, 49, of Marblehead, was arrested on charges of drunken driving on Thursday evening after a driver reportedly almost hit a pedestrian and a parked car around School Street.

Declan Sean Murtagh, 45, of Marblehead was arrested on Friday on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime, after a man reportedly broke into a home on Countryside Lane around midnight.

Someone called police and said an ex broke into the garage and keyed a new Maserati around noon on Norman Street on Christmas Eve.
