Police Searching for Break-In Suspect

Marblehead Police said they were searching for a suspect in a car break-in Thursday afternoon.

Police asked residents in the Clifton area to “keep your eyes open” in a Facebook post.

The suspect was described as a 17-20 year-old white man with a beard who was last seen wearing a black or gray knit cap, a white windbreaker with green and teal on it, red sneakers and carrying a backpack.

The man allegedly broke in to a car on Leo Road, police said.

The schools in the area had been told about the search and there were several officers in uniform and plain clothes in the area, police said.
