'Suspicious Man' Reported on Smith Street

Thursday, June 12:
- At 7:47 a.m., a resident entered the police station to turn over a set of car keys.
- At 8:02 a.m., police assisted with a blasting detail near the intersection of Spring and Elm streets.
- At 9:48 a.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious man on the tracks near Smith Street.
- At 10:34 a.m., a resident entered the police station to turn over a found phone.
- At 10:47 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Bassett Street.
- At 11:08 a.m., police responded to a reported phone scam on Goldthwait Road.
- At 12:47 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Smith Street.
- At 1:45 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Lafayette Street.
- At 2:29 p.m., a school nurse called police after finding medication on the playground and on a student. DCF was notified.
- At 5:31 p.m., police and fire units responded to an alarm on Commercial Street.
- At 9:06 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Buena Vista Road.
- At 9:47 p.m., police responded to a reported campfire near the entrance to Wyman Woods.
- At 11:54 p.m., police and fire units responded to a three-alarm fire at the Eastern Yacht Club.
Friday, June 13:
- At 1:02 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Gerald Road.
- At 3:17 a.m., police responded to a fight on Stramski Way.
- At 6:38 a.m., a resident entered the police station to report receiving "strange texts."
