Town Clerk Open Late Wednesday for Final Day of Voter Registration

Wednesday is the voter registration deadline in Marblehead to vote in the Nov. 4 general election.

The deadline for Marblehead residents to register to vote in the Tuesday, Nov. 4 general election is 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The Town Clerk’s office at Abbot Hall will be open for voter registration from until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

Voters who are already registered and have not moved don’t need to do anything. If you have recently moved, become inactive or are not registered, you will need to go to the clerk’s office.

The Massachusetts Secretary of State Elections Division also has voter information, including information on applying for an absentee ballot.

The Nov. 4 election will decide races for governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general and treasurer plus choose a representative for the Sixth District in Congress, plus statewide referendum questions.
