Trash Pickup to be Delayed All Next Week
The Columbus Day holiday next Monday will mean trash pickup will be delayed by a day all week long.
Trash pickup will be delayed all week next week because of the Columbus Day holiday on Monday.
Monday, Oct. 13 is a town holiday and trash and recycling will not be picked up that day. Instead, Monday trash and recycling will be collected Tuesday, Oct. 14, according to town officials. Tuesday trash and recycling will be collected Wednesday, Oct. 15; Wednesday trash and recycling will be collected Thursday, Oct. 16; Thursday trash and recycling will be collected Friday, Oct. 17 and Friday trash and recycling will be collected Saturday, Oct. 18.
The transfer station will also be closed on Monday, Oct. 13.
