The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police log from Friday through Monday.
- At 10:45 a.m. Friday, Police issued a citation to a person driving on Pleasant Street for failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
- At noon on Friday, A mother called police after receiving word from her son that he was being beat up on Nonantum Road. The mother told police her son told her they were "killing him." Police took the boy back to his mother.
- At 1:40 a.m. Saturday, a woman on Nonantum Road called police because she believed a group of males was going to throw her son over the fence.Â
- At 10:46 a.m. Saturday, police arrested Anthony Luigi Mansi, 28, 29 Broughton Road, Marblehead, on a warrant and also on charges of speeding and driving after license suspension.Â
- At 7:10 p.m. Saturday, a man reported to police kids had broken into his boat. According to the man, the kids swam from Parker's Boatyard. The Harbormaster spoke to the kids.
- At 9:57 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of a woman wearing a bra and shorts walking on Atlantic Avenue.
- At 11 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a Nahant Street yacht club for a report of approximately 50 intoxicated guests who were getting verbal with bartenders who refused to serve them and refused to leave. Police calmed the situation down.
- At 5:02 a.m. Sunday, police received a call about a group of kids screaming and jumping up and down on Castle Rock. The person told police they could be drunk. Police dispersed the group.
- At 8:45 a.m. Monday, police responded to a car crash at West Shore Drive and Evans Road. No one was injured.
- At 12:23 p.m. Monday, the fire department responded to the for smoke from burnt food.
- At 12:29 p.m. Monday, a tree on Shorewood Road was struck by lightning.Â
