- Tucker was criticized by Independent Investigators who cited his Poor Managerial and Administrative Skills that Led to the Scandal.
- As Police Chief, Tucker violated a Local Ordinance to favor his friends.
- As a Retired Police Chief, Tucker already collects a Public Pension of $120,000 a year, for Life. The DA salary is an additional $190,000.
