Woman Charged for Taking Birthday Girl's Car Without Permission

Sunday, Oct. 5
One grommet had left go on the flag on Lighthouse Lane at 8:40 a.m. and it was flying upside down. The flag needed to be replaced but the rope access was locked.

A credit card was found on Atlantic Avenue at 9:49 a.m. Police contacted the credit card company, which said a new card had already been issued and the card can be destroyed.
A Village Street resident walked in to the station to report identity theft at 10:41 a.m. A report was taken.

A door-to-door canvas was approved for a Scholarship Drive that will run from noon to 4 p.m.
An Elm Street resident reported at 12:21 p.m. that it looked like someone had driven into her hedges, clipped a pole and pushed a rock into her yard. The incident had been reported at 10:05 p.m. the night before when a neighbor reported seeing a car parked between a hedge and a pole. It was gone when officers arrived. An accident report will be filed.
A burglar alarm on May Street at 1:04 p.m. was a false alarm.
A Sewall Street resident reported that a blue hatchback stopped at the curb across from her house and dumped a table and some chairs at 1:53 p.m. Two possible license plates were provided but both did not match any plates on file.
A contractor reported at 2:26 p.m. that a television was stolen from a house he was working on.
A woman on Guernsey Street reported at 5:07 p.m. that she came outside after her birthday party to find her grey 2013 Honda CRV missing. She said she had the only two sets of keys in her hand. A “be on the lookout” was issued for the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped on Bowden Street at 6:09 p.m. and the “be on the lookout” was cancelled. Nicole Ivaldi, 37, 226 Lexington St., Apt. 1, Boston was arrested and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority.
A Clifton Avenue resident said at 5:24 p.m. that her street was impassible because cars were parked on both sides. An event has ended at 5:43 p.m. and the cars were leaving.
A Washington Street resident reported that a neighbor was taking pictures of her car at 8 p.m. She wanted an officer to verify the pictures. An officer spoke to her and told her about her rights to get a harassment protection order.
A green Camaro was reportedly all over the road on Pleasant Street at 9:13 p.m. and pulled in to Village Plaza. An officer checked the plaza and did not locate the vehicle.
A driver said she was driving on Rockaway Avenue near Atlantic Avenue at 11:53 p.m. when she clipped her vehicle mirror on another vehicle because the road was narrow and dark. She went back to check for damage and did not find any, but did find an open trunk. Officers checked the area and did not locate the vehicle.
Monday, Oct. 6
A burglar alarm at a Roosevelt Avenue address at 3:35 a.m. was a false alarm.
A “whooping sound” was coming from a home on Ocean Avenue at 6:53 a.m. An officer checked the area and did not hear the sound.
