April 19: Local Woman Arrested for Assaulting Officer at Dunkins

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Tuesday, April 19, 2011. All arrests are reported.

1:55 a.m.: Police investigate suspicious activity in the vicinity of the , 255 Main St.

5:52 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in front of the , 200 Concord Road, Jose X. DaSilva, 36, of 447 Boston Post Rd. E. is arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

1:36 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

5:14 p.m.: Oscar Mauricio Diaz, 35, of 76 Prospect Ave., Revere, is turned over to at headquarters, 355 Boston St., on an outstanding warrant. 

6:24 p.m.: The resident of 213 Elm St. reports annoying phone calls.

8:55 p.m.: After police respond to a disturbance at , 54 Main St., they arrest Wendy L. Coombs, 54, of 28A Main St. Apt. 2, is arrested on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

9:50 p.m.: Officers get a report of harassment from an individual at the Princeton Green Condominiums, 740 Farm Rd. Apt. 115.
