6:07 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering is reported at Royal Crest Apartments, 164 Hosmer St. Apt. 7.
8:18 a.m.: An act of larceny is reported to police at a residence, 666 Farm Rd. Apt. 11.
1:08 p.m.: Patrick J. Tucci, 45, of 33 Baldwin Ave., is turned over to Marlborough Police, 355 Bolton St., on an outstanding warrant.

4:01 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Solomon Pond Rd.
5:32 p.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a restraining order at 45 Pioneer Tr.

5:50 p.m.: A past burglary/breaking and entering is reported to MPD at 109B Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. 9.
8:17 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order at 132 Greenwood St.
9:02 p.m.: While responding to the report of an erratic driver in the area of West Main and South streets, police arrest Herbert Alex Rosales-Sola, 31, of 13 Lakeside Ave., for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
