April 29—May 1: Police Investigate Sudden Death at South Meadow, Make OUI Arrests

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

7:42 a.m.: The Marlborough Police investigate a domestic disturbance at the , 277 Boston Post Rd. W.

11:23 a.m.: A report is filed concerning a motor vehicle accident on Court St. with property damage.

2:01 p.m.: Police serve an harassment order at , 215 Fitchburg St.

6:45 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at Best Buy, 769 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

7:12 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Bertucci's, 370 Boston Post Rd. E.

9:31 p.m.: During a  motor vehicle stop in the area of West Main and Gibbons streets, Ditamar J. Cruz, 29, of 85 Broad St. Apt. 322, is arrested and charged with driving with a revoked/suspended license. 

 

Saturday:

2:50 a.m.: Frank A. Smith IV, 35, of 29 Whitney St. Apt. 3, Northborough, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Spring and Pleasant streets, and charged with marked lanes violations, a second offense OUI, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

4:16 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop at Felton St. and Lakeside Ave.

7:27 a.m.: Police pull a vehicle over near 50 West Main St., and arrest Rudy Gerardo Ruiz, 24, of 174 Lincoln St. Apt. 5, for speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

11:01 a.m.: A report is filed concerning threats made at a four family residence, 148 East Main St. Apt. 1L. 

11:39 a.m.: Officers serve a restraining order to an individual at 17 Beach St.

4:35 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at , 222 East Main St. Apt. A.

5:22 p.m.: Vandalism is reported at the Ranch Boarding House, 496 Lincoln St.

10:12 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop at West Main and Pleasant streets.

 

Sunday:

1:49 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle is investigated at the Kane Elementary School, 520 Farm Rd. 

6:11 a.m.: An assault is reported at , 355 Bolton St.

10:35 a.m.: Trevor George Mullings, 30, of 131 Independence Ave., Freeport, NY, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop for speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

1:28 p.m.: A sudden death is investigated by police at the South Meadows, 370 Hemenway St. Apt. 319.

2:22 p.m.: Officers respond to a disturbance at 19 Maple St., and arrest Richard J. Kenny, 27, of 213 Elm St., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

8:30 p.m.: Girlenio Carmo, 24, of 111 Prospect St. Apt. 2, is pulled over by police for erratic operation of a motor vehicle, then charged with marked lanes violations, OUI liquor, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

9:07 p.m.: In the course of investigating a motor vehicle accident, MPD arrests Andres Ismael Lopez, 37, of 191 Broad St. Apt. 1, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield, and OUI liquor.
