April 7: Arrests for Assault and OUI, Disturbances at Schools Top Log

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, April 7, 2011. All arrests are reported.

7:08 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate suspicious activity in the area of Circle M Gas, 424 Lincoln St. 

7:28 a.m.: Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident at the Wayside Country Store, 1015 Boston Post Rd. E. 

11:09 a.m.: A report of larceny is received at 23 Sonia Dr.

2:55 p.m.: Suspicious activity is investigated at the Liberty Hill Apartments, 240 Main St. Apt. 110. 

3:00 p.m.: MPD takes a report of threats made at the Bigelow School, 57 Orchard St.

3:02 p.m.: A report is made concerning harassment at the Whitcomb School, 25 Union St.

3:32 p.m.: An instance of assault is investigated at the Frye Building (Formerly Lincoln Inn), 342 Lincoln St. Apt. 406.

6:30 p.m.: John E. Logan Jr., 23, of 290 Lincoln St. Apt. 2, is arrested on charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation, and impeding an investigation, after officers respond to a domestic disturbance at the same address. 

8:54 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Lincoln and Cashman streets, Bryan F. Bonin, 50, of 3 High St., is arrested for OUI and failure to yield/stop.
