*POP-UP* Aerial Yoga Playdate For Kids (Grades 1-5)
Looking for a fun and engaging activity for your child? Introduce them to the exciting world of aerial yoga for kids and let them discover the joy of flying in the silks! This playful and interactive pop-up class is designed for children in grades 1-5, blending traditional yoga and aerial yoga with valuable breathing techniques, mindfulness skills, and coping strategies.
Interested in our kids’ classes, but want your child to try it first? This playdate is the perfect opportunity to experience our kids’ aerial yoga program before committing. Our expert instructors will guide your kiddo through a 45-minute yoga and aerial yoga session, helping them build strength, confidence, and focus—all while having a blast.
No experience necessary. Friends and siblings are welcome! Current members can use make-up credits to attend.
