5:20 a.m.: Motor vehicle stop, 250 Maple St.

7:58 a.m. Sex offender registration, police department

8:27 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, 146 Dudley St.

8:41 a.m.: Drug offense reported, Assabet Valley Vocational High School

10:10 a.m.: Forgery reported, 15 Frye St.

2 p.m.: Vandalism, 731 Concord Road

2:16 p.m.: Fraud reported, 202 Prospect St.

4:46 p.m.: Disturbance reported Funky Murphy's

6:14 p.m.: Disturbance reported, the Point at Marlborough Apartments

7:19 p.m.: Forgery reported, Digital Federal Credit Union

7:34 p.m.: MVA with injuries, 139 Lincoln St. Michael Rubensteain, 63 Lincoln Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle

9:30 p.m.: Suspicious motor vehicle reported, Windsor Street. Brian R. Pulsifer, 49, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant
