10:25 a.m.: Police arrested Manuel A. Teo Jr., 17, of 39 Ringold Street on Sawin Street and charged him with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and also on a warrant charge.

11:30 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Lincoln Street.

12:31 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Papa Gino's on East Main Street.
