Industrial Building Sells for $2.9 Million

A.J. Antico Irrigation Systems purchased an 80,000-square-foot industrial building for $2.9 million right before the end of the year, according to a report by the Worcester Business Journal.

The purchase was made on Dec. 31 of the building plus the 6 acres it sits on and 12 acres of additional land. The land is located on Elm Street and 32 Roosevelt Street according to records from the registry of deeds.

According to the Worcester Business Journal, Antico will occupy 10,000 square feet of the building while renting to a reported three other companies.
