HUDSON, MA — The second Jersey Mike's sub shop in the area will hold a grand opening Wednesday featuring a discount that will benefit a local charity.

The new sub shop is located at the Highland Commons shopping center along Route 62 near I-495 exit 67. This will be the chain's second nearby location along Lakeside Avenue in Marlborough.

The owners of the new Hudson location — Heidi Schofield, Ethan Wishnick and Ross Wishnick — have been distributing coupons in the area recently allowing new customers to get a sub in exchange for a $3 donation to the Berlin Foodbank. The promotion will run through Dec. 4.
