Marlborough Fall Leaf Collection 2021 Starts Soon

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough just released the 2021 schedule for yard waste and leaf pickups, giving residents about a month to rake lawns clear.

During yard waste pickup, trucks will collect leaves and other refuse that has been put in paper bags (plastic bags won't be collected). The city advises residents to have bags placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on Mondays.

Marlborough collects only 50-pound biodegradable paper bags with leaves and small sticks and trimmings. Residents cannot put grass clippings in the bags.

Curbside pickups begin on Nov. 22 and will run through Dec. 3.
