Marlborough Fire Department Warns Local Businesses Of Scam

MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough Fire Department shared an update about a scam that may be affecting the city's local businesses.

Local businesses may have been solicited for donations, according to a news release. The release said that the Marlborough Fire Department, Marlborough Firefighters Local 1714 and Marlborough Firefighters Relief Association are not affiliated with any fundraising at this time.

The fire department asks that any requests for donations be reported to the police.
