Marlborough Grand Jury Indictment: Larceny, Identity Fraud

A Marlborough man was indicted by the grand jury for crimes allegedly committed in Framingham.

MARLBOROUGH, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments dating from Jan. 14 to Feb. 17 in the county, and one case that yielded an indictment was allegedly committed in Framingham by a Marlborough resident.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty, according to the announcement:

Nikkion Lewis, 33, of Marlborough, was charged with four counts of larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60, three counts of misuse of a credit card over $250 and identity fraud.
