Marlborough Hit-And-Run: Driver Left Bicyclist, 12, Seriously Injured
Marlborough police released images of the driver's SUV and reported the person's arrest Monday afternoon.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police have located and arrested a driver who hit and seriously injured a 12-year-old boy who was riding his bike along Boston Post Road East on Sunday morning.
The 12-year-old, identified by his family as Dominic Matos, was riding just before noon Sunday when the driver hit him. He was being treated in a local hospital for serious injuries, according to reports.
Marlborough police said the driver fled westbound along Boston Post Road east and turned into the back entrance of Ghiloni Park. The department then posted images of the suspected vehicle on social media.

Just before 1 p.m. Monday, police said the vehicle had been located and the driver arrested.
"The Marlborough Police Department is happy to announce that an arrest has been made in yesterday’s hit-and-run crash that occurred on RT20 East. A car has been seized and the suspect will be transported to the Marlborough District Court later this afternoon for arraignment. Thank you for the shares and assistance," the department said.
